At approximately 11:35 am UTC on March 23rd, 2023, Tray released a change to our infrastructure that handles the ingestion of trigger events. This change introduced an issue that impacted certain types of triggering events, causing some workflows to execute and trigger with incorrect API status codes. A subset of these improperly triggered workflows also did not generate any workflow debug logs.
At 4:40 pm UTC, a rollback was performed, and the vast majority of trigger operations returned to normal. At 5:42 pm UTC, all trigger event behavior returned to normal, and the issue was resolved.
