We identified an issue which was preventing webhook triggers for some third-party services from firing properly. From 17:12 BST until 01:07 BST triggers for the following services may not have fired correctly: slack, microsoft-teams, facebook, heap-data-out, hellosign, hubspot, linkedin, pubsub, quickbooks, shopify, xero and zoom.
