We are continuously investigating this issue.
Users are not able to call the solutionInstances GraphQL query when interacting with the Tray Embedded API or list solution instances in the Tray application.
This incident is occurring in the US Tray region. The EU and APAC regions are completely unaffected and have been working as expected during the whole period of the incident.

Workflow executions are now operating as expected without any intermittent delays.
Users may still see some calls timing out while using the Tray application and the public GraphQL API.

We experienced a performance degradation in our Connectivity API product from 12 pm to 12:10 pm (BST) today. Also, users who tried to log in to the application during this period may have been unable to do so.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
