This incident has been resolved. Scheduled trigger performance is back to normal.

Between 03:33 am UTC - 05:00 am UTC we experienced an issue with scheduled triggers not triggering. From 5:00 am UTC the scheduled triggers started to work through the backlog which had been created and customers may have experienced delays of up to 1.5hrs. The scheduled trigger backlog continues to catch up and the delay is currently down to 30 min. We will update here accordingly.

The triggering of a scheduled workflow may be delayed by an hour from its intended start time. We are currently in the process of recovering the delay. All scheduled workflows that are delayed will still be run. Workflows with other trigger types are unaffected.
