We have seen a surge of usage of our CSV Editor connector. This additional load resulted in the throttling of this connector for some customers recently. To improve performance going forward requires us to schedule this maintenance window for infrastructure updates.
On Thursday 29th April 2021, customers may experience several minutes of disruption to CSV Editor steps between approximately 08:00 and 08:25 BST (00:00 to 00:25 PT), due to some critical maintenance required on supporting infrastructure. After this time customers may see CSV Editor steps retry as the request backlog is processed. These steps should succeed, however workflows may take longer to execute than normal.
