We have identified an issue which caused users to be unable to create, edit, delete or clone any workflows between 11:09am to 11:29am BST. Our engineers have resolved the issue, the cause of the issue was related to a backend query being disabled. Workflow executions were not affected and this incident only affected the ability to create, edit, clone or deleting of workflows.
