Today, on April 26th 2023, from 11:36 AM - 12:04 PM (BST), Tray experienced a brief incident which caused some third party triggers to not start on time. We've also identified a small number of incoming requests that timed out during the incident. These should have been retried by third party systems and succeeded eventually. We will reach out to affected customers.
