On July 1st 2023 between 3:31am to 3:42am BST, we encountered a brief incident relating to workflow executions and workflow triggers.
During this incident, users may have encountered a higher number of error rates for workflow executions which could lead to execution failing however, this should retry automatically and execute successfully.
Between 3:37am to 3:42am, there was a brief outage which caused an error with handling the initialisation of new triggers.
