On February 13, 2023, between 14:41 and 14:55 (UTC), the Connectivity API (CAPI) product experienced an outage, which resulted in the service being unavailable during this time.
The incident was caused by a misconfiguration in one of our systems, which prevented the CAPI service from being able to accept incoming HTTP requests from third-party services.
