We are always looking for ways to improve the Tray experience, and sometimes this requires a small maintenance window while we make enhancements to our infrastructure.
On Monday, 27th of June 2022, customers may experience a disrupted service between 08:00 and 10:00 BST (00:00 to 02:00 PST) while one of our core databases is being upgraded.
During this period, workflow executions will not be affected and scheduled tasks will run normally. However, the enablement, initialisation and disablement of workflows and solution instances will be delayed until after the maintenance is over.
